are you tired of dieting?
I fought against myself for almost all my life.
The subject of this battle was my body. I wanted it to be smaller. I wanted to do whatever it took to make it smaller. And I didn’t realize until decades later that what I did was the worst possible thing I could have done. I dieted. Not once, not a couple of times, but continually for most of my life.
But this is a story with a happy outcome because I finally figured it out. I learned how to eat like a person who wasn’t obsessed with their weight or eating clean or sticking to a diet or overeating because they are starting a diet the next day.
